What's so good about Mitch Albom?
soppy, simple book that should be easily comprehensible by everybody. i like the idea.
I don't understand that book, to be honest. If it's mean to be profound, I don't get it.

I've not read the Mitch Albom book. I've tried to get many people to read Good Omens but I think the "Monty Python meets the Apocalypse" motif turns them off.

If I hadn't just started The Curious Incident of the Dog in the NIght-time and I didn't have umpteen other books I've been meaning to read, I'd re-read Good Omens. It was absolutely wonderful.

the monty python+apocalypse bit makes the book a charm. glad to know someone else likes it too :)
