Zeke and The Popo is one of the bands that I wanted to see at the Jakarta Rock Parade. Yes, I managed to catch them and next to  'This Mighty Love', 'Menu' caught my ears. I must say, Zeke just doesn't stop making all these brilliant tunes for a stormy week.

Yes, it's that bleak.

Finally, FINALLY. It's out!! The Rebel Scum's first ever video clip is finally available for public screening. This one needs to be on TVs, iPods, and every electronic screen available.

not necessarily in the same sentence and to one person only. oh. and i'd record my voice singing. hah!

I have been a fan of his singles, but never actually bought/downloaded any of his albums. Out of curiousity, I downloaded his latest record, We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things and my oh my, I'm hooked!
His non-singles are actually his best songs.

Now to wait for this month's pay to come in and I'm off to buy his full discog. Sweeeet.

The Rebel Scum boys are back, a year after they released the very addictive, 'Bakdatang' . Although it's a little darker than Bakdatang, 'Manusia' is definitely worth a listen (and voting for).  It's not your typical Malaysian Malay hip hop song. But wait, if Bahasa Melayu is not your thing, you can still check out their myspace page or their website to listen to the group's English songs. I'm just asking for 3 minutes of your time. Check TRS out. If you like what you hear, call/sms/email the radio stations and ask for their songs!!
